Who We Are
Partners in Behavioral Health is an independent, professional organization that specializes in managing psychiatric and substance abuse care. We assure that cost-effective, quality behavioral health services are provided to our clients through partnerships with physicians, counselors, employers, employees and their dependents.
PBH offers an extensive and comprehensive network of quality behavioral health care providers- psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, counselors, hospitals and clinics (See our current Network Directory). As a Wisconsin based network, we are able to provide localized, high quality, specialty service to our members while keeping costs low.
Our Mission
The mission of PBH is to coordinate care for individuals who are in need of behavioral health treatment and minimize the consequent financial losses to the employer incurred by decreased employee productivity, absenteeism, and escalating health care costs.
We believe an organization's most valuable asset is its employees and their well-being directly affects the organization's productivity and profits. PBH is committed to achieving the best possible care for its members while at the same time, keeping costs at a minimum.
Leadership
Partners in Behavioral Health assures that its members receive state-of-the-art, medically necessary clinical services by utilizing a professional advisory committee. The PBH professional advisory committee is comprised of physicians and mental health professionals who are acknowledged to be outstanding leaders in their fields and in their communities. This Leadership Committee monitors, sanctions and advises on all of the company's clinical and operational policies.
