What Services can the EAP/ Case Management Provide Your Employees?
Telephone Assessment
Most services start with a telephone call. Partners in Behavioral Health is available 24 hours a day through our toll-free number: 1-800-395-7060.
The counselor will:
- Help the employee identify or clarify the nature of the problem
- Help determine what assistance is required
- Develop a plan that includes identifying necessary and available resources
Referral for Treatment
Partners in Behavioral Health has contracted over 300 behavioral health specialists throughout the state of Wisconsin. We can coordinate referrals to these in-network providers and achieve significant cost savings for the employee and employer. We can also facilitate referrals to other providers and services as well as help manage ongoing solutions with employees.
Crisis Intervention
Partners in Behavioral Health will help the employee address critical problems such as loss of a loved one, family or job crisis, or the need for immediate treatment. Every effore will be made to stabilize a critical situation immediately.
Information
Partners in Behavioral Health counselors can answer questions about local resources, accessing services and a variety of health related issues. Employee training and seminars can be arranged on a wide variety of topics as requested.
In Person Assessment
As necessary, employees may wish to schedule an in person assessment with Partners in Behavioral Health counselors.
Employee Costs
Typically there is no change to the employee for EAP/ case management services provided by Partners in Behavioral Health. If services are required that are beyond those provided by Partners in Behavioral Health, every effort will be made to refer the employee or dependent, to providers covered by the insurance plan.
