PBH offers providers the opportunity to join a Wisconsin network that is utilized by many Wisconsin employers and several insurance companies.
PBH is currently the primary behavioral health network for:

PBH applications can be mailed or e-mailed and credentialing is a quick and simple process after receipt of the provider application. PBH also works with a number of TPA's and can authorize and facilitate timely and efficient reimbursement.
